Amway is an organization with strong values.  Our Global Code of Conduct and related policies are important resources to guide each employee in conducting business in accordance with the Amway values.

Amway is committed to an environment where employees feel comfortable asking for guidance and raising concerns regarding suspected wrongdoings.  Amway expects employees to report concerning behavior and provides multiple avenues for such reporting.

Employees can approach management if they believe violations of policies have occurred.  If an employee prefers to place an anonymous report in confidence, he/she can use this EthicsPoint system to report by telephone or online.  EthicsPoint is provided by a third party, NAVEX.

Please utilize these resources to submit reports relating to concerning behavior or to ask questions related to the Global Code of Conduct or other policies.

You can elect to submit a report or ask a question anonymously.  Amway takes every report and inquiry seriously and investigates it to the best of its abilities based on the information received.
